A virtual appt was ok, but I wouldn’t do it again especially since it costs just as much as i’m-person. He’s a nice, friendly person but my priority is gaining information and the audio was so difficult to hear. Every time he moved a little, his voice would go soft. Give him a headset for clear audio. I wanted to ask more questions but I was struggling to hear him.
