I have been a patient of Dr. Roopa Reddy's for several years now, and feel very fortunate to be in her care. She is thorough in her examinations, has a gentle demeanor, listens, explains things well (and at my level, with illustrations!), and is just a delightful person. I have nothing but praise for her; however, my concern is regarding the dreadful delays I've experienced in dealing with her administrative staff. I understand that the healthcare system is experiencing a staffing crisis (something that never recovered after Covid), but I wish there could be a solution. It is utterly frustrating when no one picks up the phone, or I am put on hold for over 15 minutes, or I do not receive a response for 2 or 3 days when I text through the Klara system. Sometimes I just need a quick answer to a simple question. This can put a serious delay on not only getting appointments with Dr. Reddy, but with coordination with referral doctors and pharmacists. This isn't an isolated problem with Dr. Reddy's office; it's rampant. That being said, I still feel I would never change my doctor....because Dr. Reddy is the best for me!

Dr. Azam was very helpful.
After my 1:45 ultrasound, I waited in the lobby until 3:15 to see Dr. Azam. If I had it to do again, I would have left then returned for the 3:00 appointment.

Dr. Bruce stepped into the "Big Shoes" of Gary Kissell, who was not only my cardiologist, but my friend since 1979 when Gary unexpectedly passed away during complex back surgery. Dr. Bruce brings years of knowledge, experience and expertise. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable with a dedication to patient care that is unique. I'm so blessed to have them. I can't imagine being able to find better care providers!.

Did not have to wait long to see the doctor.
Dr Jackson is very relaxed and explains the physical tests that he does in the office. Has time for your questions.

Dr. Kim and his office made time for me with almost no noice. H worked me in just two days after I requested a visit. We discussed the serious issues, he offered me two possible alternatives. He was very kind and considerate to my doctor daughter who attended and that I am grateful.
