Though not in person, Dr Castleman’s video interview with me was everything I would have asked him for in person. He quickly dialogued how he would respond to my concerns to my frequent breathing problems. The same day an EKG & lung X-rays. I await the results.
Dr. Castleman is my cardiologist & always will be. Thank you

Dr. Kim, should of had a report from Dr. Wang prior to having a video chat! He should have had the report a heart ablation and the reading of the 14 day heart monitor. Easy money that these Dr. are making without any work. But I do want to complement Dr. Wang with Cedars Sinai Hospital.

Had technical difficulties during video conferencing. There was no audio even though the video portion worked. Appointment was salvaged by doctor calling me on the phone.

The appointment was telephone, not a teleconference. It went smoothly. I was able to go over all my questions with Dr. Matchison. I understand the need for not having office visits at this time but would clearly prefer in person visits so that vitals, particularly ECG in my case, could be taken and reviewed - just feels a little more thorough. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.
