Dr. Jackson spent time with me on the phone. We reviewed my status, comments on my progress, reviewed my meds., and generally spent the time to thoughtfully go through my situation and provide me with answers to all my questions.
He is and has been one of the most lucid, caring and entertaining doctors, probably in all of Southern California. He never lost the common touch and really cares about his patients.
He is the Gold Standard that use to measure all my doctors.
My hope is he never retires.

Dr Ji scheduled a Zoom appointment with me for an issue that I considered urgent. He did so in a timely manner and addressed my concerns right away. He took time to explain what was happening and his plans for me moving forward. The most important quality of a healthcare provider is to provide a service to their patients, and Dr. Ji did just that.
