Making Your Appointment Our offices are open Monday through Friday. COR staff members have been carefully selected for their expertise and receive continuous training in customer service. It is our goal to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
Please bring with you to your first appointment a list of all your current medications and doctor’s instructions. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us so that we can offer this time to another patient.
We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. If you have an emergency and need to call our office outside of regular hours, you will be connected to our answering service, who will immediately notify our doctor on call. Our physicians will always work to return your call as soon as possible.
Insurance Billing We participate in most major health plans. When calling for an appointment, please notify the receptionist of your health plan coverage. Please bring your insurance information to each visit. Medicare patients can be assured that assignment is always accepted. We submit claims to primary and secondary carriers as a courtesy to you.
